me:*sometimes when the anger comes, like a wild, hungry Alaskan bear, impatient, self-centered, territorial; but if we, instead of criticizing it and blaming ourselves as in 'here i go again', we just bow to it and honor it as a sacred being with its own self, then, breathe, attain the neutral posture; it may stand still for a moment in between breaths, lose its balance and fall under its own mass; leaving us to again walk freely the path of consciousness and mindfulness that we experienced with our first infant breath.
